Using a linen spray can seem like such a luxury.  It conjures up visions of country B&Bs, far off places, and distant times.

Linen sprays are traditionally made with lavender essential oil, water and some sort of alcohol to aid in evaporation.  I’ve added witch hazel, a mild astringent because it is gentle, evaporates quickly, and won’t leave your linens feeling wet.

Try adding Young Living Lavender, Cedarwood, Peace & Calming or Stress-Away essential oil and see if it promotes a peaceful night’s rest for you!

Linen Spray Ingredient List:

  • 2 oz dark glass spray bottle (dark glass is important to protect the essential oils)
  • equal parts:
    • witch hazel
    • distilled water
  •  6 drops Young Living essential oil of choice

Combing in a glass spray bottle.  Top with spray top and shake to combine before each use.
